Does PGPC replace full-time staff?

We can't replace the value you receive from your full time staff - we wouldn't even try. What we can do is provide a service to supplement and support staff as they work through the challenges that inevitably occur. However, we believe that even districts with business offices in good condition can benefit from a relationship with PGPC. Remember, our service is designed to provide assistance when requested and offer a safety net of support should your situation change. Many staff and managers in the best run districts express a desire for competent help during busy times. We can provide that help. In addition, turnover, vacations and unexpected situations can create a staffing storm that those who have planned ahead can easily navigate.

We won't propose a project or solution unless we're certain that it benefits you. Your budget provides the boundaries -- our whole purpose is to help you find more efficient ways to work with the dollars you have. PGPC offers services to public entities on a fee-for service basis.
